No matter what the circumstances, grief recovery is a painful process. This seminar features video interviews with counselors, grief experts, and others who have navigated life after losing a spouse and who offer practical suggestions and reassurance.

If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found that there are not many who understand the deep hurt you feel. Grief is a confusing time when you feel isolated and have any questions about things you’ve never faced before. GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You do not have to go through the grieving process alone.
