Sarah Clayton,
Director/Teacher
Sarah Clayton, born and raised in Godfrey, is a former Faith Lutheran Church and School member. She graduated from Alton High in 2014, and went on to Graduate from Lewis and Clark College with her Associates in Early Childhood. Sarah worked as a teachers assistant for the Lewis and Clark College for life program during her time in school. She then worked for Tiny Tots University, and Kreative Kids daycare, working hands on as a teachers assistant for children of many ages. Sarah has a son, Leo Thomas, who was born in 2018. She enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in activities with her son. Sarah has a love for teaching children, and helping them grow with their love for Jesus Christ.

Tracy Wiggenhorn,
Asst. Director/Teacher
Tracy earned her Bachelor of Science in social work from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and then completed her Master of Arts in teaching from Greenville College with endorsements in social studies and science. Between undergraduate and graduate classes, she has over twenty-one hours of early childhood coursework. Throughout her career as a case manager, behavior specialist, and administrator, she has spent eleven years working with adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Before starting at Faith in 2011, she worked at Zion Lutheran Church in Bethalto as a preschool teacher. In addition to her professional endeavors, Tracy is a talented musician, having taught piano lessons for twelve years and middle school choir for six years. She has raised three sons of her own, as well as taught Sunday school and led youth groups. Tracy aims to share the joy of knowing Jesus with her young students and to inspire them always to be lifelong learners.
